The Zibo Sports Center is situated at the southern end of the core district of Zibo New Area. Covering an area of approximately 700 mu, the complex features a 45,000-square-meter stadium, a 6,000-square-meter multi-purpose gymnasium, and a 2,000-square-meter swimming and diving hall, all surrounded by a variety of sports and fitness facilities.

As the signature structure of the entire complex, the Zibo Sports Center Stadium boasts a total floor area of 79,000 square meters. Designed to meet Grade A architectural standards for sports venues, it is capable of hosting international single-sport competitions, major domestic tournaments, and large-scale public events. Notably, the stadium's western section—spanning 15,000 square meters—can operate independently to accommodate general activities; this modular functionality allows for significant savings in operational costs. The surrounding parking areas have been integrated with public fitness zones—such as basketball courts—thereby ensuring adequate parking and efficient spectator dispersal during competitions while simultaneously preventing the parking lots from lying idle during non-event periods. Furthermore, numerous outdoor fitness stations are interspersed amidst the greenery and lawns, and a distinctive 2-kilometer-long shaded fitness trail serves as a particularly unique highlight of the complex.
